First time of leasing our 4th Buick Invision that we were in the dealership for over 3 hours. Part of the time was my wife's and my fault because we didn't like the first offer. The sales manager worked with us and got us a better deal that was something we could work with. A question was asked if our new car had heated seats, the answer given was yes it does. After all papers were signed and we were on our way home, we discovered there were no heated seats. We can live without heated seats but to be told there were and find out to late there are none.

Overall it was a great experience. It just stinks that vehicle prices are outrageous. The Sales Staff was very courteous and informative in addition to being patient. I worked with Darrian McKinney -literally all day. He was too kind. Even when I wasn’t sure I want d a car he would have gotten commission on, he was just as helpful with the other vehicles. He kept wanting to ensure I was going to be happy with whatever I purchased. In all of my vehicle purchases I’ve Never encountered anyone that caring for the customer. I told him I was going to adopt him. Again, he was with me all day and never got angry or anxious with me. Should I need another vehicle I’d call him first to see what was on the lot.

Not impressed. Service advisor advised that she would call me the next day by 1 PM. At 3:30 PM I called in and was told that she was out for the day and someone would get back with me. Received a call around 5 PM advising that the car was ready.Upon pickup No explanation of what work was completed. Also After picking up the car my phone/Bluetooth/car play connection did not function and took quite some time to delete and reconnect. Also while picking up my car I witnessed a heated discussion with a another customer who had been advised that his car was ready for pickup and upon arrival was told that it was not ready. Service advisor's response was I don't know what to tell you it's not ready. Hopefully this information is helpful

The scheduled service was excellent. Marty is and technician did excellent job. However, I am still disappointed that My last service for defective thermostat cost $1800 and I first found out that using my GM card that I have used forever for my GM service and many other daily items now costs me a use fee of 3% at my longtime dealer and services, but using it at for all other purchases elswhere does not. GM card advertising using it at GM service is now at odds with this new dealer charging fees for use for service and accessories. Very disappointed with this. It would seem this fee could be eliminated for use of the GM card and charge the fee for other cards? Long time GM vehicles and service customer.

Dropped off my car the night before for an oil change. That part was easy. Pleasant experience with picking up the car. Everyone we encountered was friendly and the business is clean. One thing I would suggest is to make sure the dirty fingerprints are cleaned off the of the interior when giving car back to the client. I have very light interior and there were several places on my door panel that had this and even though they came off easily, it is not something I should have to do. Other than this it was a great experience.

I came in for service on June 30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was Ty Snyder. When I checked, Ty indicated that in addition to the oil change that (1) a brake fluid flush and (2) fuel system induction/combustion service was recommended. I assumed this was manufacturer required/recommended services and agreed. During the service, I checked the GMC required maintenance intervals and neither service is listed at 25,000 miles by GMC. I visited with Ty and he then showed me a sheet of "Dealer Recommended Services." I would not have agreed to the services if I had known they were not the GMC required services for 25,000 miles. The way the services were presented was very misleading and left me with a bad feeling about the experience and that I can't trust Ricart for future services. I asked Ty if he could do anything about it and he checked with another staff member and said he couldn't do anything about it since I signed off on the services and they were complete. I think it would be a better, more honest business practice to make it clear up front when services are required/recommended by the manufacturer versus optional services that the dealer is selling. I also can't tell if the tires were rotated or not as recommended by GMC. My Feb 2025 service invoice says "oil change and rotated tires." My June 30 service invoice only says "Oil Change Redemption" and does not say anything about rotating tires. Do I need to rotate them or were they rotated? Overall, this was very disappointing and unless I hear from a manager who can help me feel better about trusting Ricart, our family will not come back for additional services we have not paid for nor purchase our next new vehicle at Ricart.

I brought in my vehicle for the air conditioner not working, it was diagnosed by the facility and repaired. The issue plagued us again the next day where the AC was not working so we scheduled another appointment. Clearly the first appointment did not solve the initial problem. Upon the second appointment I was then given another diagnosis and new remediation plan. At this time I began to question the shop as to why the new diagnosis did not pick up this issue previously when we have experienced the same problem within a couple days period time. It was at that time I had to inform the shop I was just in as they had not recognized that fact. That was clearly disappointing to hear that there is no validation done within the companies own system and process. This simple review should be part of the overall diagnostics, it was at this time should have left as I had lost my faith in this shop to accurately diagnose my vehicle. I did choose to ultimately get the AC repair complete but it will be my last service at that shop. From my perspective the first $750 repair was not needed and there was no recognition by the shop to refute otherwise. From there you lost a customer.

Bottom Line Up Front, BLUF, this is a fantastic vehicle. Our family currently owns products from other manufacturers including Dodge (my 2023 SRT Challenger Hellcat Jailbreak); Infiniti and Mercedes, both with multiple model years in our family, and a Land Rover. I personally drive our Infiniti QX80, and QX56’s prior. However, my Denali XL is the best of my everyday drivers. I am a senior buyer of yours, and the comfort, styling, luxury features are appreciated, however, as a mechanical engineer of nearly 48 years, I also appreciate the power, smooth steering, quick acceleration response and brake time reactions. I am familiar with the 6.2 V8 fully aspirated engine, as I have been reviewing GMC models for about three years. My purchase decision was mostly based on meeting and possibly exceeding the best of what I have found in my previous vehicles. Personal maintenance and service experiences, as well as reviews from news articles of various publications, were also considered. My dad, an avid GM fan, would have said my Denali has nice lines. My wife of over 42 years, Marquita, actually picked out my Denali XL, pointing to it as we first drove onto the Ricart lot and saying, “…there’s your next purchase…”! We dropped our 2022 Yukon Denali off on July 22st at 9:00 am because it makes a really loud noise whenever you turn the wheel left or right. It usually happens when you turn the wheel hard to the left or the right. We told them this and they said they would look into it. They called us later that evening and told us nothing was wrong with the vehicle. We asked them to take another look at it again and we offered to ride with them and they said they would keep it over night and try again in the morning. They called us the next afternoon and said that something was rubbing under the dash and they took care of it and we were good to go. We picked the car up and it is still making the loud clicking/pounding noise every time you turn hard to the left or the right. It's definitely coming from the drivers front tires and maybe the front axle. We felt like they "made an issue up" to satisfy us that it was repaired. Anyone that drives with us or if they would drive the vehicle can and would hear the problem we are speaking about and we feel like they just didn't want to dig into the problem. We paid a lot of money for this vehicle and the extended warranty (Zurich service contract) and we feel like more time could have been taken to find and solve the problem. We are no better off today then we were a few weeks ago.

1) there for a GMC recall issue and another issue, both covered by warranty. Dealership reported alignment off, so I requested this be fixed as well. 2) car promised for a specific time. 3) the one star is for the fantastic shuttle drivers. 4) car was NOT READY at promised time but 1.5- 2 hours late. My children were not able to be picked up as I had arranged based on information the service coordinator provided 6 hours earlier. My wife had to unexpectedly leave work and another parent in the car pool was inconvenienced. Had communication been even remotely better, this may not have been an issue. While I understand parts may be needed or things come up, the complete lack of communication was why I am very upset. I received MULTIPLE text reminders of the appointment but ZERO from my coordinator. When I called at the expected completion time, I was on hold for 10 minutes without explanation, and then had to call back when the system timed out. Again poor communication. While service coordinator did apologize, your communication system between the garage and the front needs improvement. Clearly, the coordinator showing me his blue sharpie message written on the service order for completion by 2 pm did not help. I am currently sitting in the Ricart Chevy next door and received a text updating me that the service started and a 1-2 hour wait time. I just got notice I’m all set at 1.5 hours and what services will be coming up. When I go to Roush Honda, they take it a step further with several updates regarding my car’s status. I will likely bring my GMC next door from now on based simply on basic communication of my cars status.

I go to that dealership all the time for my oil changes, etc. :) But the last time I was there, the boy handling my mother and I was very disrespectful and rude, almost like he was pissy that he had to do his job? My engine was acting up in my 2019 Buick Encore, and I recently got into an accident, so something went wrong and my car was not revving properly. I was trying to explain to the boy that my car needs to be looked at, and I was extremely nice, said please, just being overall nice. And he proceeded to act disrespectful and rude, said that my car was "dangerous" because it got into an accident so they couldn't take it back and look at it, but as soon as I said I was a customer, his mood flipped and immediately started acting nice to my mother and I. Saying that theyll take my car back and look at it, they fixed the issue for free and the mechanic was extremely nice. ! :) I'm calling him a "boy" because I feel like he was acting extremely childish, and disrespectful when all we wanted was answers. Service staff very good. Reason for service NOT ACCEPTABLE! 2nd time in 3 months that dash has gone black and I just bought car in April! Service cites "software updates", but I get no notice for need of service ahead of time. VERY DANGEROUS! Still awaiting call back from general manager re issue after I met with him. Apparently this is a known problem per service staff. Totally unacceptable that GM has not fixed problem as no interior dash lighting, is extremely dangerous especially in unfamiliar areas and at night.

Sales people were great (we dealt with many, as we had a trade-in with a car that was in constantly for repair). paperwork went smoothly, as we already had the quote written up before hand. However, we had to wait over an hour for us to see person in charge of registration, title, etc. He was efficient, but he had people before - and after - us waiting to complete the process. I would suggest having someone else trained to complete the paperwork - or have a manager help complete the process. 3-1/2 hours was way too long to wait for a simple transaction.

Friendly people. Honestly - left with uncertainty. Paid $200+ for diagnosis on a service 4WD notification and they werent sure if i really have an issue or not. It was offered that I could proceed with investing $1250 but they still dont know if something is actually wrong. and even after $1250 - i may have to invest another $5000. Felt wrong. Also Had GM personal offers (discounts) and didnt work well. (Only $20-25 off but still).

It was a good experience, only complaint was we came into the dealership at 2p on a Sunday & test drove 2 cars and then decided on a car by 330 but we didn't leave the dealership until after 6p. The financing was already approved and we weren't picking up the car for 2 days due to it hadn't been thru service yet so I'm not sure why it took so long.
